I sent cell phone pictures and then measurements that they requested with a detailed drawing. From this info they made my chairs. You would have to look very closely to realize that these chairs were not part of the set! I was quite frankly surprised that they matched so well and am very pleased with the result. I needed two Chippendale Chairs in a very short amount of time. When I called I did not expect they could meet this demand.
