"Yes, you can customize that."
No, not just the upholstery (although we can do that too), we mean we'll customize virtually any aspect of our existing products or help you realize your own design ideas. Do you have a rough idea of what you want but need our experts to take it to the next step? We’ll design and build your project from concept to delivery. We even offer antique reproduction services for matching your existing furniture or reproducing antique designs you can't find anywhere else.
How does it work?
We make custom ordering as smooth and as simple as possible. There are four steps to our process:
Proposal: After you contact us we will assess your project requirements and calculate the cost and lead time of designing and building your furniture. 30% of the invoice amount is due at the start of the project.
Design: Working with you, we create the concept sketches and drafted drawings (if required) and revise them until we have your vision down on paper. Finishes and upholstery choices are finalized during this stage.
Production: Once approved, we meticulously translate our drawings into a final, physical product. Each one of our works is carefully crafted by the hands of skilled cabinetmakers with years, often decades, of experience.
Delivery: We’ll notify you once your project is completed. It is then transported from our factory to our distribution warehouse where we will package your order for shipment by either freight or white glove delivery. The final 70% of the invoice amount is due at this time, prior to shipping.
How much does it cost?
Custom ordering in our basic fabrics and finishes are free. Premium fabrics, finishes, and advance customizations fall between 10%-25% over the original product price. One-off custom made furniture pieces and antique reproductions start at $500. These are just guidelines, but we’d be happy to provide you with a quote for your specific project.
How long will it take?
Lead times on custom made furniture vary depending on customer demand and our production schedule. Although not always the case, we are generally booked at 3-4 months in advance. Please contact us for an up to date production schedule.
