• Custom-made-to-order furniture is the only exception to our return policy. We cannot refund your special orders.
  
  
• Excluding custom furniture, we accept returns on any item within 14 days of the receving the item as long as it is returned in the original packaging and condition.
  
  
• Customers must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from us within the 14 day time frame to receive a timely refund. 
   
• Any accompanying parts, hardware, and/or accessories must be returned with the product.
  
  
• When returning product, we strongly recommend using a carrier with tracking and insurance. We cannot be responsible for any loss of the returned shipment.
  
  
• Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs on returned items.
   
• We will not accept back items that have been used, damaged or abused in any way.
  
  
• Once we receive the item and inspect that it is in re-sellable condition, we will refund the full price of the item minus shipping and handling charges.
  
  
• The refund will be made to the same credit card or bank account that customer paid with.

Cancellations:

• Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours.
  

• Orders that are cancelled after 24 hours and prior to shipping are subject to 10% administrative and handling fee.
  

• Orders cannot be cancelled after shipment. See our Return Policy above.
