Laurel Crown Furniture Return Policy
Laurel Crown Furniture strives to provide the best value and best quality antique reproductions for your money. We want you to be happy with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase we will promptly refund your money provided you follow our Return Policy:

Custom-made-to-order furniture is the only exception to our return policy. We cannot refund your special orders.

Excluding custom furniture, we accept returns on any item within 14 days of the receving the item as long as it is returned in the original packaging and condition.

Customers must
obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from us
within the 14 day time frame to receive a timely refund.

Any accompanying
parts, hardware, and/or accessories must be returned with the product.

When returning
product, we strongly recommend using a carrier with tracking and insurance.
We cannot be
responsible for any loss of the returned shipment.

Customers are
responsible for all return shipping costs on returned items.

We will not accept
back items that have been used, damaged or abused in any way.

Once we receive the
item and inspect that it is in re-sellable condition, we will refund the full
price of the item minus shipping and handling charges.
- The refund will be made to the same credit card or bank account that customer paid with.
Cancellations:

Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours.

Orders that are cancelled after 24 hours and prior to shipping are subject to 10% administrative and handling fee.
