By collecting information to the full extent of an item greatly reduce the
possibility of returning a purchase that cost you money and time.
However, for any reason, if you were not happy with an item excluding
custom-made furniture and Special Offers. We are happy to refund you the money
provided you follow our Return Policy:
No Refund and No Return for the following items:
Custom-made furniture to your specifications;
Special Offers.
Other than the above, we
accept the return of any item within 10 continuous days of the receipt of
the item as long as it is returned in the original packaging and in
re-sellable condition.
Customers must
inform us the return and obtain a Return Authorization number (RA#) from us
within the 10 days time frame to receive a timely refund.
Any accompanying
parts, hardware, and/or accessories must be returned with the product.
When returning
product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages.
You are also responsible for insuring the returned item. We will not be
responsible for any shipping loss from your side.
Customers are
responsible for all return shipping costs on all returned item.
We will not accept
back item that have been used, damaged or abused in any way.
Once we receive the
item and inspect that it is in re-sellable condition, we will refund the full
price of the item. No refund on shipping and handling charges.
Refund is made to
the same account that customer paid for the order.
Cancellations:
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours.
Orders that are cancelled after 24 hours and prior to shipping are
subject to 10% administrative and handling fee.
Orders that are cancelled after shipment, our Return Policy above applies.
